The LCD supports 3840 x 2160 display resolution, 400-nit brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 1.07 billion colors, and an LED backlight display. The active area is 596.16(H) x 335.34(V) mm and the pixel pitch is 155.25(H) x 155.25(V) mm. The monitor is constructed with a rugged steel enclosure, making it well suited for industrial applications. KD80274 comes with a keyboard and touchpad and a pull-out drawer that allows users easy access to the unit. The video input for the monitor includes VGA + DVI-D + HDMI + DP video inputs. In addition, the console incorporates a front OSD (on-screen display) with 5-key control buttons that adjust contrast, color, position, auto-adjustment, and factory settings. Option for 2 x 2W speakers is available.

The power supply consists of a 12V DC power input with an external AC to DC power adapter, and its power consumption is 85W (Typ.). Furthermore, it's front I/O includes HDMI, up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60GHz, and a Display Port, up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60GHz. The rear I/O includes VGA of up to 1920 x 1080 @ 60GHz, DVI-D of up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60GHz, 1 x HDMI of up to 1920 x 1080 @ 60GHz, and DC input. KD80274 operates in temperatures ranging from 0° to 50° C (32° to 122° F) and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -20° to 70° C (-4° to 158° F).
